80th Anniversary Celebration
On August 21, 2016, Scenic Park Bible Church celebrated the eightieth anniversary of its founding. It began as Church of the Open Door in downtown Anchorage, and changed its name and location when it built a new building after the March 1964 earthquake made the old building unsafe. A slide show has been created, with pictures and information about church history, its pastors, and its church members.
